Charles A. George
* |
|
Charles is the president of MSI. Before
assuming his current duties, Mr. George served as the Vice President of
Marketing and Sales and then President of George Disposables, Inc. in
South Carolina. His responsibilities included market share and
profitability analysis, the company’s export sector, finance, and
overseeing all marketing, advertising, promotion, and pricing activities
of the company. |

Charles has more than fifteen years
experience in product development, international finance, manufacturing,
and global import/export. He has been involved in various businesses and
marketing campaigns in Central and South America, the Caribbean, and
Europe. He is fluent in English and German and possesses conversational
skills in Spanish. Charles holds Bachelor of Science degrees in
Marketing and Accounting from the University of South Carolina in
Columbia, SC. He is currently a CW2 officer working with the reserve
component of the Georgia Department of Defense focusing on homeland
security matters. |

Martin L. Lin

|
Martin is the Vice President of Business
Development for MSI. His duties include co-managing the client and deal
pipelines, strategic analysis and consulting, creating/editing business
plans, and plan/project implementation. Formerly the Director of Business Development and before
joining MSI, he was a project consultant and a freelance writer for Reuters America.
He was previously employed as the Marketing Manager with the German
American Trade Center, LLC in Atlanta, GA where his responsibilities included
marketing, advertising, pricing, and promotion strategies for European clients. |

Martin has ten years experience in
international consulting. He is fluent in English and German and possesses conversational
skills in French and Spanish. He holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in
Economics Business from Maryville College in Tennessee and a Master of
Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Georgia State
University in Atlanta, GA. |

John W. Craven

|
John serves as the Director of Business
Development of MSI. John is also the founder of ZG Properties, a real
estate holding company operating in the Atlanta area and ZG
Manage, a management consulting firm specializing in business
development, marketing strategies, and the management of intellectual
properties. |
|
|
|
After serving in Vietnam, John returned
to begin a 30 year career as a psychologist, management consultant, and
business executive. For more than 20 years, John provided psychological
evaluations, services, and training to individuals and groups in both
the private and public sectors. He spent more than ten years working
worldwide in the equipment leasing industry. Besides having written
numerous recognized articles on a variety of industry related topics,
John has also consulted with a variety of fortune 500 companies such as
AT&T, Georgia Pacific, Pitney Bows and others. |

John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Psychology and a Masters of Education Degree in Counseling Psychology
from Georgia State University. He has done additional graduate studies
in Correctional Psychology and in Management and Strategic
Systems. John also studied international negotiations in the Human
Organizational Development Doctoral Program at the Fielding Institute. |

George
serves as the representative Vice
President for the Hungarian operations of MSI. His specialties include
consulting Hungarian and foreign companies with establishing offices and
production facilities in Hungary and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining MSI,
George was the Managing Director of Henkell & Söhnlein
Hungaria Kft. and Marketing Director for Arvit Rt. |

George
has twenty years experience in brand management, product development, and
marketing consulting in both Hungary and Australia. He is fluent in Hungarian
and English. George holds two Bachelor of Science
Degrees (B.S.) in Marketing and Economics from the Foreign Trade College
in Budapest and a
Graduate Certificate of Business Administration from Swinburne University of
Technology in Melbourne, Australia in Import /Export. He is also a member of
the Justerini and Brooks
1779 Society
in Great Britain. |

Richard F. Shepherd, Esq. |
|
Richard serves as the MSI corporate attorney. He graduated with a
Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, Brunswick,
NJ; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York
University, Juris Doctor (JD) from Woodrow Wilson College of Law,
Atlanta, GA. |

Upon graduating from Rutgers,
he served in the US Air Force in Washington, DC. Richard joined the
Western Electric arm of the Bell System in the New York City
headquarters office handling contract work, and as a coordinator between
the legal department of AT&T and Bell Laboratories, and
Western Electric. He later joined the electronics division of TRW,
Inc. In 1957, Richard moved to Atlanta and opened his private law
practice. His specialty areas range from corporate and business law to
international law. |

Thomas R. Varnedoe |
|
Mr. Varnedoe is currently the Managing
Director of The Knowledge Institute, an MSI partner, and an organization
dedicated to the optimization of people, processes and technology in order
to solve complex business issues facing companies in today’s fluid global
economy. Previously, he served as Director of Incubator/Mergers &
Acquisitions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Director of the
E-Business/Internet group. |

He has had a long a
successful career in business working for companies such as Sun Data, GE
ITS (Universal Data), Nynex, and Shell Oil company as well as Governmental
Agencies such as the Federal Energy Administration (DOE) and the U.S.
State Department. He has successfully led virtual consulting teams in
client work in over twelve countries to date.

He obtained a Bachelor of
Science degree in Economics from the University of West Florida. He later
completed specialized professional education at Darden (University of
Virginia) and St Johns (Cambridge University – UK).
Tom is currently a field grade officer working with the reserve component
of the Georgia Department of Defense focusing on organizational excellence
and homeland security related matters.
He previously served in
the U.S. Marine Corps as a reconnaissance and intelligence officer. He
performed selected roles at the U.S. State Department, Headquarters Marine
Corps, a Marine Corps Recruiting Station, and with combat units in
Vietnam. |

Richard Woodward, PhD -

Dick Woodward is the Founder and President of The Business/Technology
Interface, LLC, a company providing business strategy and technical
operations support to companies in the biotech, pharmaceutical and
specialty chemicals sector. The services that Dick’s company provides
have often been likened to a “COO for hire.” These services combine his
experience in science and technology with an extensive background in
sales, marketing and business development, and help client companies
bridge the gap between the power of their technology and the necessities
of business. |

After earning his Ph.D. in Molecular Cell Biology, Dick was an industrial
research scientist before moving into the business side of the
biopharmaceutical and chemical industries. He has held managerial and
executive positions in sales, marketing and business development at
Pharmacia, Ajinomoto, Quality Biotech and DSM Pharma Chemicals. He was
also Vice President, Preclinical Development of Polymerix Corporation, a
polymer-based biomaterials company that he helped found. |
