John Taylor has worked with both Homeland Security leadership and
private sector corporations on operational, research and training projects
related to America’s Homeland Security as Vice President of CDIC Corporate
Services, a firm that provides risk, security, safety and
counter-terrorism consulting services to government agencies and select
private sector companies. |

The Homeland Security
Summit trains Homeland Security professionals at a week long conference,
exhibition and full scale terrorism drill. The Summit includes
participants from Office of Homeland Security, both Houses of Congress,
all Branches of Service, CDC, DOD, DOE, CIA, EPA, FBI, the Federal
Reserve, HHS, NIH, and the State Department. Federal, State and local
Homeland Security personnel, select Fortune 1000 corporate executives and
their security directors, first-responders, medical personnel, health care
providers, as well as fire, medical and law enforcement professionals also
attend. |

Taylor attended Santa
Monica College, where he was elected President of the Associated Students
and served as Student Trustee to the Board of Trustees. Before attending
college, Taylor served in the Marines with HMM-268, a CH-46 helicopter
squadron, and aboard the U.S.S. New Orleans. He has graduated from
numerous military schools, including the Naval Aircrew School in
Pensacola, Florida, and the Jungle Environment Survival Training School in
the Philippine Islands. |

Jerry
is a retired Sergeant from the US Army with 21 years active duty. A scuba
diver since 1978, he has worked on both ends of the scuba business, both
as a diver and successful business operator/consultant for nearly 20
years. He was most recently employed by Sherwood scuba as a technical
customer support representative. |

Jerry
was certified as an Army instructor in 1972. He taught Jungle Warfare in
the Rep. of Panama for 4 years. He has worked as a Scout Platoon Sergeant
light infantry and mechanized. Jerry was S3 operations Sergeant and 1st
Sergeant. Jerry was also Senior Platoon Drill Sergeant at Ft. Benning, GA. |

Jerry’s instructional certifications include Advanced Nitrox Instructor (IANTD):
Dive Control Specialist Instructor (SSI), Master Scuba Diver Trainer (PADI),
oxygen First Aid Instructor (DAN), Open Water Instructor (NASDS), and
Medic First Aid Instructor (PADI). He is also a Technical Cave Diver and
Gas Blending Technician. |

Robert Fisak

|
Robert Fisak is a former Special Agent of the
United States Secret Service who retired with over twenty years of
service. During his career, he specialized in protective operations,
intelligence and criminal investigations. His intelligence assignments
included threat assessment, threat suppression, vulnerability studies and
special investigations. His protective responsibilities included the
protection of Presidents Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush and Clinton, their
Vice Presidents and the families in the United States and abroad. Relying
on his extensive experience and training, Mr. Fisak founded the Hunter
Security Group, Inc. The Group provides security consulting, strategic and
operational support to the private sector. |

Robert was a combat arms officer, Captain, in
the United States Army. His military specialties were intelligence and
reconnaissance while serving in armored cavalry, infantry and intelligence
units. |
|
|
|
Other skills include a proficiency in German;
extensive experience with foreign nationals, major events security;
logistics, support and transportation. Mr. Fisak maintains his interest
and proficiency in national security, intelligence and military affairs
through his affiliation with two consulting groups in Washington. DC. His
affiliations include the Association of Former Agents of the U.S. Secret
Service, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Federal
Law Enforcement Officers Association, the State Department Overseas
Security Advisory Council, the Association of Former Intelligence
Officers, the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, and the
American Society of Industrial Security. |

John Harvey, M.D.

|
Dr. John Harvey is an
Atlanta-based trauma surgeon. He is a Medical Officer on the United States
Department of Public Health’s Metro Medical Strike Team for Atlanta. |
|
|
|
Dr. Harvey managed the
medical response at the “Mark Barton/Day Trader” shooting where nine
victims were dead at the scenes. All nine of the surviving victims cared
for Dr. Harvey and transported under his supervision. Dr. Harvey was also
part of the team that organized the Medical Response plans for the 1996
Olympics where the Olympic Park Bombing took place. |

Dr. Harvey is a presenter
of the Department of Justice’s program on “Terrorism and
Biological/Chemical Warfare.” Dr. Harvey serves as a Colonel in
Georgia’s State Defense Force.

Dr. Harvey received his
Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He earned his
Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry – Magna Cum Laude at the University of
Georgia. |
